40 days of Prosperity Meditation

I seem to be drawn to these prosperity meditations. They pop in to my world, shining like glistening jewels saying, pick me, pick me...

These intuitive choices always prove fruitful and Har Haray Haree meditation is no exception. This one is multi-dimensional, covering creativity, abundance and clarity, appealing to my desire to kickstart a stagnant writing project, overcome a feeling of lack following divorce, and help create a sense of peace, that all is as it should be.

The power of this meditation lies in the mantra.

Har is the germination of an idea - the twinkle in the eye - at the sacral chakra (the water element just below the navel)

Haray is the action taken through the navel chakra to bring the idea into the world - it's the creative flow.

Haree is the ta-dah! finished product, the idea brought to life! It's the vibrated word at the throat chakra. You say it, project it and it's out there!

Wahe Guru is an ecstatic celebration of this delicious creative process at the third eye and crown.

When you chant these sounds you are aligning yourself with the creative flow of the universe.

So, did I receive more prosperity? Yes. Two new clients signed up for Wellness Overviews, including a thank you card and gift; received a one-off audio recording contract, additional retreat workshops and meditation opportunities on Insight Timer!

What about my writing project? Well it certainly got me writing again and prompted a query campaign, so fingers crossed it will get completed, particularly if I continue meditating beyond the 40 days.

However, I feel the biggest element is the feeling of serenity this 40 day experience has bestowed upon me. The first few days were far from serene, in fact they were pretty emotional, but as the 40 days drew to a close, my composure grew into a blissful state of calm. They do say this meditation will see you through any block with guidance, clarity and help you find a way out of anxiety, even when you don't see the blocks.

I highly recommend this gem of a meditation because it's easy to follow, it can be done anywhere, anytime, so no excuse for not completing 40 consecutive days. I'm continuing on a little longer, just to see if the writing project gets pushed to completion.
