Meditation & Pranayama

You are not the one thinking; your Mind is the one thinking. You are the one observing a small portion of the thoughts the mind is having. Your mind is your servant. The moment it becomes your master you are in trouble - it will create mental intrigues.

So the aim is for you to make your mind follow you.  When you are stressed your mind will wander on its own. It will look into your subconscious and pull out every memory, every fragment of intentions and actions left incomplete. This is when you begin to live in the past. No longer in the present.

Mastering the mind is possible with Meditation & Pranayama (breath-work).

We meditate to forge this direct simple relationship to the mind and all its complications, and to recognise the complications the mind creates.

Meditation is the art of breaking habits, to purify the mind and to take care of day-to-day things.

It's a path towards emptying ourselves - think of it like a mental shower, a mental cleanse.

Breath-work goes hand in hand with meditation. Learn to slow the breath, to control the breath, and your busy mind will have no where to go because you are with your breath.

"But I don't have time to meditate!" I hear you cry.

Regular meditation gives you time back in multiples of what you put in to it. Meditation hones your focus. It clears the subconscious and helps you keep your clarity.
