My wellness overview uses the principles of Ayurveda to assess your balance (or imbalance) to devise a lifestyle routine tailored for you.
It looks at your sleep patterns and habits, diet & eating times, exercise, work, and any specific health issues. A report is created with dietary recommendations, a yoga, meditation and breath-work routine, and remedies for specific health issues.
