Watsu therapy is a unique aquatic bodywork treatment in very warm water that promotes relaxation, pain relief, and muscle recovery. It combines elements of massage, joint mobilization, and shiatsu. The receiver is supported by the practitioner, face out of the water, with floats on the legs for additional buoyancy.
