VIDEO CLASSES

If you are unable to attend our live yoga sessions on zoom or in person, we have a selection of pre-recorded video classes for you to enjoy at home in your own time. There are two ways you can access the videos:

1. Video Class Monthly subscription for access to pre-recorded video classes only.
2. Full Member's Monthly subscription for access to everything! Video & online classes and in-person classes at Bleasby Hall.

HATHA YOGA

A physical practice of asanas (postures) that move you from your present state of consciousness towards a different way of feeling.

Hatha Yoga is for everyone who wishes to stretch and strengthen their bodies and minds, using the breath as their guide.

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

The Breath, the Mind & the Body are interwoven and linked, one to the other. When we soften the breath, the mind instantly softens, and when the mind is still, the body responds.
Learn to control the breath with pranayama techniques, the mind with meditation, and your physical yoga practice will be moved to a higher level.

PRIVATE YOGA CONSULTATION

Do you have specific physical, personal, lifestyle issues? Enjoy some personal attention and obtain tailored advice from Louise, including dietary recommendations and a personalised yoga/meditation programme.
Follow-up consultations are available to tweak and revise your programme and ensure effective recovery.
