Service Description

A personalised daily ritual programme in the form of a detailed report will follow your consultation. It will address specific concerns, health issues and/or shadows. Using the principles of Ayurveda, recommendations will cover sleep patterns & habits, a diet in line with your dosha, pranayama (breathwork) exercises, yoga, mantra and meditation, with suggested Ayurvedic remedies if required.
