Service Description

This is a hatha stretch yoga class designed to release the blockages in the body and mind. It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yoga students. The practice also supports and complements kundalini classes by assisting students with their flexibility and enabling them to sit for longer periods of time, often demanded in kundalini.
