About the Event
Our Spice workshop is to help you understand the power of Self-Healing.
Ranjan and I will show you how simple it is to bring healing and medicine to the body and mind, through spice, yoga asana, meditation and chanting.
Our focus will be on gut health, sharing yoga asanas & massage techniques for digestive healing, a Kundalini Self-healing meditation with movement and chanting, a visit to Ranjan's Sri Lankan kitchen to show you the medicinal properties of spice (and how delicious, but NOT necessarily hot, they are too!) The workshop ends with a beautiful guided Sivasana drawing in the healing energy deep into our bodies and minds.
