This is a beautiful Retreat Day in an intimate setting, designed to help you explore & experience the meaning and true value of Retreat. In our morning practice I will ease you into the idea of surrender, using carefully selected Kundalini kriyas & meditations to soothe and rebuild the love of Self.

A nourishing lunch is enjoyed together in the beautiful light of the Garden Room.

We move into the Spa area in the afternoon where we can experience the value of nurture, healing and touch with either Watsu or massage with the spa therapist. Treatments are optional. If you prefer to simply feel the healing touch of water in the hot tub and pool, then you are free to take this option. This is a day for you to choose what feels right for your body and mind.
