An online Kundalini yoga practice with Louise, perfect for both beginners and more experienced students. Louise designs each weekly class around a theme of teachings, sharing her wise words to guide you through the practice as well as throughout your everyday life. There is always a physical kriya, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation.
