About the Event

In this workshop we are exploring what it means to feel good.

Many of us have become so conditioned to working and living at breakneck speed, our stresses, pains and unease have become the norm, so much so, we no longer know what feeling good should actually feel like!

We have also been conditioned to reach for the external Doctor Feelgood of booze & drugs, including the medicines our doctors give us - making us instantly feel better (not good) by removing symptoms.

Do you know what feeling good means to you? Can you recognise those feel-good signs?

We are going to spell out what feeling good should feel like: 

  • Ranjan & Louise  share their suggestions for nurturing a long lasting feel good (not just a temporary instant high!)
  • Ranjan demonstrates a programme of feel good yoga asanas before taking us into the Sri Lankan kitchen to focus on the meal that is often ignored - breakfast! Our body will always feel good when it is not ignored, so he is teaching us how to make a delicious breakfast green soup.
  • Louise shares a Kundalini kriya that has been her go-to practice for many years for when those "down" moments hit. It's called Dr Feelgood, for Ecstasy & Protection, a delicate meditation that will reconnect you with the sensation of bliss and ecstasy.
